OMG SEE IT!!!! It is worth your time AND money. It's charming, heart-wrenching, and satisfying. There is a very cool music video at the end that is incredibly enjoyable. I agree, for the first time in awhile,100% with the Academy's decision on the eight awards that it gave to this movie.
Quite a few people have asked us if this movie is for real, or if it just won a bunch of Oscars. The answer is quite simply, Both. I am not sure where to start. The music was incredible, and I for one don't ever say that lightly. It's the thing that I pick up on first, and all throughout the film both the music and the entire sound experience stand out in a very good way. The story has everything you could ask for - love, suspense, comedy - you name it. The acting is first rate, and the editing will keep you on the edge of your seat. As an added bonus, you'll come away with a taste of what life must be like in modern day India, from the slums, to the call centers, and everywhere in between. If you can still catch this movie in the theater, don't hesitate. It's worth the extra money to hear it at full volume and see it on a large screen.
