Yikes! That sounds so painful....Praying for Stephanie.

I had a similar problem last spring - kept having pain in my gum and infection...turns out it was an "incomplete" root-canal infection from a couple of years before under a crown. They wanted me to see an endodontist as well and said it was going to be REALLY expensive to fix so I just had them yank the tooth...you can't see it anyway and it was A LOT cheaper. Hope she feels better soon!
