On Good Friday (March 25) 2005, we put on the Jesus Experience, a present.sense gathering focused entirely on the person and words of Jesus Christ. The event took place at Morning Star Church in Anderson, IN, and lasted about 5 hours. Following are some photos taken that night, with descriptions that will help you get a feel for what present.sense events are all about.
the haircut

Rose Aspinall, one of MSC's resident actresses, was getting ready for a role in the play, "Wit." The character she was to portray was a cancer victim, so the role required Rose to have a bald head. The MSC family was more than happy to help with the haircut.

Ray,
Was perusing the Website. Have not been in touch for quite some time now. Read of your heart incident. Pretty extreme measures just to get out of snoveling snow. Has anyone started the snowblower fund yet. Glad you are okay. Can't believe about Rose's hair. My haircut is very similar (permanently) to hers. We are currently leading a "simple church" that meets at the Middle School libarry here in Batavia. Have been here for seven years, five at Batavia Church of Christ, and then about a year doing the bi-vocational thing (driving a truck for Pepsi) and the simple church.
